Welcome to the Sebasticook Valley Community Center

The Sebasticook Valley Community Centers mission is to offer a wide variety of social, recreational, educational, and civic minded programs in a place that feels welcoming, friendly, and safe to all citizens of Sebasticook Valley.

The SVCC serves residents of all ages as well as those from the surrounding towns.
A wide variety of activities and special events take place here at SVCC.

Our facilities include a hardwood floor basketball court which is used for teams of all ages, a weight room, recreation room and video arcade, various meeting rooms, and kitchen facilities. Along with the programs we offer the facility is available for rentals for your events. For more information on renting a room or the whole facility visit our Facility Rental page.

The SVCC is supported by the generosity of many community members. It is true the SVCC receives a yearly stipend from the Town of Newport. We are very thankful for the contribution and support we receive from the Town of Newport. Over 70% of the total budget for the SVCC is raised through donations, fundraisers, HUGS, and our Banner Sponsor Program.

No door cover charge, cash bar, friends, and fun.

Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm
The gym is open daily at 6:30am for walkers
The center will be closed for private parties on occasional weekend dates.
